let´s pretend for a moment everything is easy and plain and that doing pretty pictures is the equivalent of making art, and ask ourselves, what would happen?, and then let´s put that aside....

is art really necessary?
would doing beautiful imagery compensate the apparent need of society for art?
wasn´t art evolving into an auto-critical analyzer for our civilized world?
is making up questions about the state of the world in general of any real worth?
would it mean something in the short term our lives represent?
do i know something about anything?
does anyone know something about anything?
is there an entity that knows whats best for all of us?
is art affordable or understandable?

i want to be an instrument for re-structuration, sitting right in the middle of the storm trying to get the grip of the falling rain, i hope asking myself why will be of any help

now i know Gombrich was totally on the spot when he stated that Art doesn´t exist, that there are only artists

anyways...
